Mushroom Lasagne with Basil and Cream [#114]
Lighter than it sounds, with a lovely freshness coming from fresh pesto. We baked the
lasagne
and then let it settle for 15 minutes, when it reached a nice temperature for eating on a hot summer's evening. I'm sure we'll make this again.
