good recipe, although you will find lots of variations. I didn't have Gruyere so used good Glastonbury cheddar instead. Yum! This is so cheap and filling, and was delicious served with baked mushrooms and stir-fried spinach.
Yummy! that's gone in the file for next week- we had a puff pastry celeriac, potato and bacon pie on Monday so twice in one week might be overkill!
